Every sign begins with a practical need. You may want dimensional letters that make a building easier to identify, a logo that gives a reception area a finished appearance, an entrance sign that represents a neighborhood or church, or a replacement face that fits an existing monument structure. We start with the size, viewing distance, colors, artwork, location and finished look you want, then build the sign around those requirements.

Many of our routed and dimensional signs are made from high-density urethane, commonly called HDU. It is a rigid sign material that can be carved, shaped, layered, primed and painted without the knots or natural grain movement found in wood. We use 15-pound sign-grade HDU as our standard for applicable projects, and we may combine it with acrylic, PVC or metal-faced elements when the design calls for a different appearance or added dimension.

We manufacture for business owners, property managers, churches, homeowner associations, contractors, designers and professional sign companies. Our standard service is manufacturing and nationwide shipping. Installation, permits and structural work are not included unless the written quote specifically lists them. This allows our shop to concentrate on accurate CNC work, careful finishing, dependable production and protective packaging for delivery.
