The carved look, made for outdoor signs
High-density urethane gives us room to carve raised letters, recessed backgrounds and woodgrain texture. It does not rot like natural wood, and we can shape it into an arch, oval, custom logo or replacement panel.
We use 15-pound sign-grade HDU and can combine it with acrylic letters for crisp detail and added depth. Choose raw or primed parts for your own shop, or a painted sign ready for your installer. Your quote will list the material, thickness, finished sides and included mounting preparation.

*7 business day turnaround: Available for qualifying standard HDU signs with approved production-ready artwork, no more than two paint colors and straightforward routing/finishing. Production time begins after artwork approval and payment. Complex construction, specialty finishes, oversized work, revisions or larger quantities may require additional time. Shipping transit is separate.
