Use the Gallery to Describe the Look You Want
Customers often know what they like before they know the correct sign-industry term for it. One image may show the depth of the letters, another may demonstrate the border style, and a third may capture the background texture or overall proportion. When requesting a quote, identify the gallery image numbers that are closest to the result you want. Those references help us understand the direction, but every new project is still manufactured from its own approved measurements, artwork, colors and written scope.
The photographs include a range of custom sign letters, business signs, property signs, routed HDU panels, dimensional logos and components made for other sign companies. Some projects are fully finished, while others may show the manufacturing stage or an unfinished part. A picture alone does not define the material thickness, exact color, mounting method or included hardware. Those details are confirmed during quoting and approval.
Dimensional Letters and Logos
Dimensional letters create physical depth rather than relying only on printed graphics. They can be cut as separate characters, combined into a connected script, layered over a background panel or produced as a complete logo shape. The best construction depends on letter height, stroke width, font, mounting surface and viewing distance. Very narrow points and thin strokes may need adjustment so the component can be manufactured, packaged and installed without breaking.
Direct business customers can describe where the letters will be used and provide the logo. Sign shops can submit vector artwork, material specifications and mounting requirements. We can quote raw components, primed pieces or fully finished letters depending on the project. Installation is not included unless the written quote specifically lists it.
Routed Panels, Woodgrain and Entrance Signs
Routed sign panels can use raised copy, recessed letters, v-carved details, decorative borders, smooth backgrounds or faux woodgrain texture. HDU is useful for this style because it can be machined consistently and does not contain natural knots or grain direction. Our standard HDU offering is 15-pound material in the thickness appropriate for the design and current stock availability.
Entrance signs for subdivisions, churches, commercial properties and organizations need strong contrast and readable proportions. The appearance must also fit the existing structure or mounting plan. Replacement monument faces require exact field measurements, including the opening, recess depth, trim clearance and bracket locations. A customer or installer must verify those conditions before production.
Custom-Cut HDU Blanks for Sign Shops
Several images may also inspire a blank shape rather than a finished sign. A sign company that needs one circle, arch, shield, oval or irregular panel can order a custom-cut 15-pound HDU blank without purchasing a complete 4 × 8 sheet. The standard blank is unfinished and ready for the receiving shop to route, paint, letter or assemble. Optional edge shaping, holes and priming can be reviewed when included in the quote.
Custom profiles require clean vector artwork with a closed outside path and at least one confirmed dimension. Pricing considers the rectangular sheet area needed to contain the shape, machine setup, cutting time, quantity, packaging and shipping. Multiple shapes can sometimes be nested together to improve material yield.
What to Send With Your Quote Request
Include the finished width and height, quantity, single- or double-sided requirement, material preference if known, desired thickness, colors, finish and delivery ZIP code. Send AI, EPS, SVG, DXF or vector PDF artwork whenever available. If the original vector file cannot be found, send the largest and clearest logo image you have so we can evaluate whether recreation is needed.
For a replacement sign, add straight-on photographs, angled photographs and measurements at several points. For letters, explain the mounting surface and whether studs, spacers or an installation pattern are requested. For a finished outdoor sign, identify the expected installation environment. Complete information helps us define the product accurately and prevents assumptions.
Tell Us What You Need
You do not need to know whether the project should be HDU, acrylic or another material. Send the size, appearance, quantity, artwork and delivery ZIP code. We will review the request and quote the manufacturing scope.
